Now that we have had some time to work with your eDocSync product I must say it makes my life a whole lot easier. It is a big time saver and allows me to access data from a multiple of locations with the safety and security not always possible in cloud based systems. In specific, I use it to post up to the minute data on all our actives accounts which each member of our sales force can view and update instantaneously. It is a great tool that is very user friendly, something that is very important for a baby boomer with limited technical skills. I wish I could have had access to something like eDocSync years ago, it would have made le a much more productive sales executive.

Just wanted to let you know that we have been actively using the E-Doc software for a few months now and really love its functionality and ease of use. Our sales team now has all the most up to date sales collateral. And any file changes or updates are immediately sent to them. It’s great to know the entire team is working with the same information. I can’t tell you how much EdocSync has made my life easier! In addition to using it to keep contracts, proposals, timesheets, etc., just about any back office paperwork, organized and mistake free, I also require my contractors to use to while providing accounting, auditing, tax, and IT consulting services. For many different clients at various locations, we are now able to coordinating workpapers and collaborate reviews and edits, much quicker than just a few months ago. Our clients appreciate it, as well, due to the decrease time it takes to turn around critical documents and finish projects, without the typical lingering delays after project has been completed.
